Terms of use

• I confirm that I am a wholesale client (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) or representative of the holder of an Australian financial services licence.
• With respect to each report prepared by Evergreen Ratings Pty Ltd (Evergreen Ratings) that I am given access to through the Evergreen Ratings website service, I acknowledge that:
  • Evergreen Ratings has prepared the report and is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in or connected to the report;
  • The report is only for wholesale clients (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth));
  • The report was prepared without taking into account the individual objectives, financial situation or needs of any person;
  • The report will not reflect any changes that have occurred subsequent to the date of its publication;
  • I will use the report solely to improve my own knowledge and understanding of the financial product that is the subject of the report;
  • I will not do anything to damage, interfere with or compromise the intellectual property rights or business reputation of Evergreen Ratings;
  • I will not reproduce or distribute the report or any part of it to any other person without the prior written consent of Evergreen Ratings; and
  • I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the report is not made available or accessible to any person who is a retail client.
  • I will take all reasonable steps to keep my username and password details confidential and secure at all times.
  • Where a subscription fee is payable in order to access reports, I will ensure that payment is made in cleared funds on or before the due date. I will promptly advise Evergreen Ratings of any changes to my payment details.
  • I acknowledge that my subscription and access to reports may be terminated immediately by Evergreen Ratings if I fail to comply with any of the above terms.
• Where a subscription fee is payable in order to access reports, I will ensure that payment is made in cleared funds on or before the due date. I will promptly advise Evergreen Ratings of any changes to my payment details.
• I acknowledge that my subscription and access to reports may be terminated immediately by Evergreen Ratings if I fail to comply with any of the above terms.
